Empowering leading associations.

European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology

At the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR), the largest interactive poster exhibition ever was created. With over 200 interactive e-poster stations, and more than 1100 e-posters, over 12000 attendees found in-depth information about current research.

German Society for Neurology

With its highly innovative conference concept, the German Society of Neurology (DGN) proves how well digital engagement and a successful live event can be combined. Those who participate online will be treated with a living digital environment and sophisticated up to date information. Whereas those who travel onsite, will be rewarded with an unparalleled onsite experience: Highly integrated functionality meets the unique DGN design which shows that a lot of heart has been put into this meeting.

European Society for Medical Oncology

The European Society for medical Oncology (ESMO) is by far the biggest meeting we have ever served in Europe. Over 33.000 both virtual and onsite delegates took part. Besides the logistical challenges to provide for the amount of technology and staff we were able to make good use of our “corona-driven” load-balancing skills for the giant online audience.

European Association for the Study of Diabetes

The EASD Annual Meeting is one of the largest diabetes conferences in the world, attracting thousands of delegates each year. The scientific programme includes hundreds of talks, presentations and discussions on the latest results from basic and clinical diabetes research. EASD were the first to have life recording and to fully digitise their conference providing unrestricted access to virtual delegates, featuring life stream, webcasts, abstracts, e-poster, and more. Since 2010, the EASD has been using our full potential and motivating us to keep coming up with new ideas.

The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons

There is a silent giant in the world of medical meetings. The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS). To our technicians, this means the ultimate stress test – producing this meeting has never been easy and every year they brake a new record in terms of data usage, network traffic and total media. Thanks to ESCRS we don’t have to be afraid of any other medical meeting in the world – who else has 400+ videos in one event?

European Respiratory Society

Thanks to the European Respiratory Society (ERS) for keeping us on our toes. At the 2023 event with over 20.000 participants, we once again expanded the boundaries of technical possibilities. For example, we enabled the speakers to spontaneously add interactive features to their presentation and enable Q&A and voting for all onsite and online participants.
