At the International Vein Congress (IVC), we saw our full U.S. team, software, production, and on-site services, working together live for the very first time. It was more than a conference. It was a preview of what’s next for event technology in the U.S.
The best part? It’s all captured in our new video from the IVC show floor.
In the video, Darcy Emerson (President, Software Services), Phil Joseph (President, Production Services), and Mathias Balhorn (Managing Director) share what it means to bring m|events’ full scale of service, The Loop, to life across the Atlantic.
“It sounds easy, but really it's a big thing to make all these different formats run in the in the conference hall” says Mathias. “This is something that comes from experience in general, but is enabled by our software and our system there that we have developed now for the past 20 years.”
For everyone on site, that collaboration was tangible. From speaker management to digital signage and session recording, each system spoke to the next. The result was a conference that ran smoother, communicated clearer, and reached further. All powered by one unified platform.
From the moment attendees registered, technology quietly did the heavy lifting. Speaker-ready rooms ran like clockwork. Schedules and signage updated in real time. ePosters replaced paper with an experience that was cleaner, more sustainable, and easier to explore. Sessions were streamed and recorded, giving attendees the freedom to revisit or catch up later--long after the lights dimmed.
“At IVC Miami, our cloud-based presentation management software makes life easier for speakers, whether they're uploading remotely or on-site at the speaker service center.” explains Darcy. “Features like version control and automatic compatibility checks ensure that we save time and we reduce errors and that things go more smoothly when it matters the most.”
It’s that behind-the-scenes integration that makes an event feel seamless on the surface--where technology supports the story, rather than competing with it.
On-site, Phil Joseph and the production team transformed technology into atmosphere. Streamlined audio and video, synchronized signage, and smooth transitions across multiple rooms made the conference flow effortlessly. Everything, from scenic design to streaming, was aligned to elevate the content, not distract from it.
“That whole ability to create rooms within convention centers has got to be a great enhancement for anyone who has a 1,000, a 10,000 or a 40,000 person meeting,” says Joseph.
That’s the essence of the m|events approach: technology and production moving as one, each amplifying the other.
IVC Miami wasn’t just a showcase; it was a statement. m|events has supported scientific and medical congresses across Europe for years. Now, that same global expertise is available to clients in the U.S., backed by local leadership and dedicated teams on both coasts.
As Darcy shares in the film, “As a provider of end to end services, conference management software all the way through to on-site and production services. It's really the M events loop that makes the big difference.”
That combination of local insight and global strength is what makes the next chapter so exciting.
When technology, people, and planning all align, the impact extends far beyond logistics. Speakers are supported from submission to stage. Attendees stay informed without friction. Content becomes accessible on demand. Organizers can focus on what matters most--connection, learning, and growth.
At IVC Miami, we didn’t just talk about integration. We lived it.
The IVC Miami showcase was just the beginning. Our team will continue expanding across North America, bringing The Loop--our full-cycle event management model--to new clients and industries. Whether it’s a global medical congress or a hybrid leadership summit, the goal remains the same: to connect every phase of the event into one seamless, intelligent system.
Because when one team, one platform, and one vision come together, that’s when real impact begins.
Our next venture? VIVA and the VEINS in Las Vegas this November. Stay tuned on our Linkedin to see more action from the m|events global team.
