The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) hosts one of the largest rheumatology congresses in the world. Together we created the largest interactive poster exhibition ever staged: over 200 e-poster stations and more than 1,100 e-posters, giving over 12,000 attendees in-depth access to current research.

With its highly innovative conference concept, the DGN shows how digital engagement and a successful live event combine. Online participants get a living digital environment with up-to-date information, while onsite delegates experience a unique DGN design built with real care.

One of the world's largest diabetes conferences, drawing thousands of delegates to hundreds of talks on the latest research. EASD were the first to fully digitise their congress with live recording and full virtual access. They have worked with us since 2010 and keep pushing us to develop new ideas.

The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) hosts the biggest meeting we have ever served in Europe, with over 33,000 virtual and onsite delegates. Beyond the sheer logistics of staff and technology, we put our load-balancing expertise to work to serve a massive online audience without compromise.

A silent giant in medical meetings. For our technicians this is the ultimate stress test: every year ESCRS breaks a new record in data usage, network traffic, and total media. Who else runs 400+ videos in one event?

At the 2023 ERS Congress, with over 20,000 participants, we pushed what is technically possible a step further. Speakers could add interactive features to their presentations on the spot, opening up live Q&A and voting for every delegate, whether onsite or online.
